Velove Vexia atau nama lengkapnya dan nama panjangnya adalah Velove Vexia Kaligis. Velove Vexia adalah aktris Indonesia berdarah Minahasa-Jawa. Velove Vexia merupakan putri dari pengacara kondang bernama O.C. Kaligis dengan ibunya sendiri bernama Alfa Lolita.


Velove Vexia mengawali karirnya di dunia insdustri hiburan tanah air Indonesia ketika dirinya bermain dalam sinetron Olivia. Di sinetron Olivia yang di bintanginya bersama Raffi Ahmad tersebut Velove Vexia berperan ganda menjadi Olivia sebagai perempuan dan Ruben seorang laki-laki.
