Regina Rengganis begitulah nama lahir serta namanya dikenal. Regina Rengganis adalah aktris, model kelahiran Medan, Sumatera Utara, 2 April 1998. Ia merupakan putri pasangan Herianto Winata dan Erna Sukmawati. Regina Rengganis anak pertama dari 3 bersaudara. Ia pun memiliki darah keturuanan Tionghoa dari ayahnya.


Regina Rengganis yang biasa disapa dengan nama Rere ini mulai terjun ke dunia hiburan Indonesia dengan mengawalinya menjadi model di Medan lalu pindah ke Jakarta. Ia adalah alumni model dari majalh Aneka Yess. Regina Rengganis kemudian mulai terjun ke dunia akting lewat film horor berjudul Demona tahun 2015, dimana ia berperan jadi Demona.
